Sustainability Policy
The management of Seven Seas Hotel Life believes that the tourism sector, which uses natural resources, should do its part in order to protect and improve environmental values and living conditions. Regarding to this question, it carries out environmental protection studies in parallel with the decisions how to protect it taken with the Environment and Green Manifesto published by the Coral Travel Group, to which it is affiliated, at the beginning of 2009. Based on the defined environmental dimensions, environmental performance targets are followed and continuous improvement is reported.
The social responsibility projects carried out by Seven Seas Hotel Life are grouped under the titles of Protection of the Natural Environment, Promotion and Support Projects, Contribution to Humanity, Protection of Human Rights and Support to Education projects continue to be developed.
Seven Seas Hotel Life permamently participates in various charity campaigns, sponsors and donates, and supports local social charity projects.
As Seven Seas Hotel Life, we pay attention to the selection of the products consumed and the materials used in the hotel from the Kemer region in order to support the development in the settlement where we are located; For the same purpose, we ensure the continuity of our trained personnel by the fact that the personnel we employ are from this region, and we increase our preference by our guests again by maintaining our service quality. Thus, we have the chance to be in the traditional life and support the traditional structure. With the awareness that good service comes from satisfied staff, we consult with our employees and take their opinions and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities;
We carry out our sustainability studies through the Environment Committee with defined responsibilities. Our collaborations for our sustainable works; regional local administrations, suppliers, social welfare institutions, subcontractors, employees, guests, non-governmental organizations, associations and agencies.
As Seven Seas Hotel Life, in 2022, when we reviewed our sustainable service philosophy, we continue by making improvements compared to previous years within the framework of energy and water consumption, tracking of consumables that pollute the environment, waste management, activities related to human resources, and cooperation with the people of the region and institutions.
With our sustainable works in 2022,
✓ Our total energy consumption decreased by 20.4% compared to the previous year
✓ Water consumption: per capita water consumption decreased by 32% compared to the previous year.
✓ Total chemical consumption: per capita chemical consumption decreased by 16% compared to the previous year.
✓ The amount of waste vegetable oil decreased by 35.6%.
✓ With the recycling of mixed packaging waste, 175,913 kWh was saved.
✓ With the recycling of paper waste, 353 trees were prevented from being cut down.
✓ With the recycling of glass waste, 1.398 kg of greenhouse gas emissions were prevented.
✓ Compared to the previous year, our personnel employment and the number of female employees increased.
✓ A total of 20 kg of blue bottle caps were donated to the Spinal Cord Paralysis Association.
✓ Blue Flag award was received.
✓ GSTC certificate was received.
✓ Participation in social assistance meetings and activities in Kemer region.
✓ Our regional employment rate was 49%.
✓ The ratio of female employees increased to 34.3%.
Seven Seas Hotel Blue believes that tourism industry, whose prosperity is related with exploitation of natural resources, has to make effort to protect and improve the environmental values and the living conditions. Consequently, decisions taken by Cortal Travel Group in 2009 were published in Declaration on Environment and followed by environmental projects. Based on the defined environmental aspects environmental performance targets are monitored and continuous improvement is reported.
Seven Seas Hotel Blue carried out such a social responsibility projects as Natural Environment Protection, Promotion and Support Projects, Protection of Human Rights Contribution and Support for Education. Industry-leading environmental projects led by Coral Travel Group are being developed under the main theme "Green is good".
Seven Seas Hotel Blue supports constantly local social charity projects by participation in various charity campaigns, sponsoring and donating. International Children's Rights policies are followed to perform these. One of the schools from the region is chosen each year for planting and children and local people are consulted together with the Management
As Seven Seas Hotel Blue we pay a great importance to regional development, therefore not only we choose our employees from the Manavgat region but also we privilege local products and materials. In this way, continuing professional development as well as service quality increases the number of our repeat guests. Hereby we have the opportunity to integrate traditional lifestyle and we support traditional formation. We are in consultation with our staff with the awareness of that good service is a result of satisfied staff and we make them contribute continuous improvement by asking their opinions.

- With the recycling of paper waste, 151 trees were prevented from being cut down.
- With the recycling of glass waste, 855 kg of greenhouse gas emissions were prevented.
- Compared to the previous year, our personnel employment and the number of female employees increased.
- A total of 20 kg of blue bottle caps were donated to the Spinal Cord Paralysis Association.

ENVIRONMENTAL, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
As Coral Travel Group, we conduct our activities in accordance with legal regulations as well as environmental and occupational safety standards. To ensure that;
- We identify the risks and impacts of our activities in the sphere of environment, occupational health and safety and take necessary measures to prevent these risks or to reduce the undesirable effects.
- We set goals and develop programs for the continuous improvement of our environment, occupational health and safety management system, review them and make necessary investments.
- We fulfil the requirements of the legislation on environment, occupational health and safety.
- We take necessary precautions and maintain necessary control to prevent and eliminate the environmental pollution caused by our activities and the formation of dangerous environments that may cause accidents and diseases.
- We provide necessary training to our employees and ensure their participation.
- We encourage our suppliers to comply with our environmental, occupational health and safety standards and legislation in line with our policy, and we make efforts to cooperate with them in these sphere.
- By informing our guests about our environmental consciousness, we expect them to show respect towards nature and contribute to the protection of the environment during their holidays.

FOOD SAFETY POLICY
As Coral Travel Group, we commit to run our food production and presentation processes in accordance with legal regulations and international standards.
Our aim is to produce and serve our products in accordance with food safety principles and provide the highest level of satisfaction.
In order to achieve this aim, we receive the most valuable support from our employees who are experts in their fields and we organize trainings to increase their competencies.
We create effective internal and external communication channels with related parties in food production chain.
We identify food safety risks from purchasing to presentation and we take the necessary measures to prevent these risks to occur.
We monitor our food safety management system and objectives, to ensure continuous improvement we create programs and provide necessary resources.
