DININGS & BARS: When talking about hotel “Katerina” cuisine, it is worth noting that it is not only Swedish, but Russian and European as well. We renew our menu several times a year using bright kaleidoscope of Swedish, French and Russian recipes.
French cuisine is one of the most sophisticated, which is why we could not ignore it. In our menu you will find mushroom cocotte, crabmeat coquille with spring onion, cheese, fennel and white wine, as well as traditional French onion and potato soup, and many, many others. Swedish cuisine – is a business card of our hotel, and traditional Swedish pie is a favourite delicacy of our guests!
Of course, its impossible to imagine our menu without traditional Russian cuisine. Here you will find borzh, pancakes with caviar, mutton brisket. May be some will say it’s too simple, but we are sure that’s not so important what to cook, but how to do that. By the way, traditional Russian borzh is a very popular meal!
