ACCOMMODATION: The Cove’s 23 rooms and suites, each with ocean or garden views can accommodate from 23 to 60 castaways from care in totally renovated Caribbean casual bungalows, or one or two bedroom suites. Our brand new, chic Caribbean décor features island rattan, colorful, high thread count linens and completely remodeled master baths in the suites, along with CD players, air-conditioning and superior amenities. DINING: The Cove’s gourmet restaurant is well known throughout the Bahamas for its breathtaking views as well as its innovative, superb Bahamian and Continental cuisine. It has followers from all over the island who come for the Cove’s outstanding dining featuring Bahamian favorites from our island chefs and the gourmet continental cuisine from our Chef Ludo, who is returning to Eleuthera from Paris after a recent engagement at Peter Island. Only the finest steaks and chops and the freshest seafood is used. Desserts and breads are prepared fresh daily to ensure the finest dining experience.
Tropical breakfasts, luxurious lunches and indulgent dinners are available seven days a week from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended. Attire for dinner is “island casual".
